Janet Gagliardo, Chief Financial Officer

Janet brings solid financial, accounting and business experience as a certified public accountant, and holder of a BS in Management and Finance and an MBA in Accounting. Janet was Assistant Controller of election.com from 2001 until the launching of Election Services Corporation.

She has spent fifteen years in public and private finance, accounting and general management. Her expertise lies in the areas of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, auditing, tax and cash management, and credit and collections. At ESC she also functions as HR Manager and oversees payroll, insurance, and office management.
